New Zealand Cricket team’s white-ball tour of Pakistan has been revised with tweaks to the original schedule. The Pakistan Cricket Board and New Zealand Cricket have jointly agreed to reschedule the tour for five ODIs and five T20Is, with the matches counting towards the ICC Team Rankings.
The new itinerary will see the New Zealand team arriving in Lahore on 14th April, where they will play three T20Is from 14-17 April, before traveling to Rawalpindi for the final two T20Is and the first ODI from 20-26 April. The tour will conclude in Karachi with the remaining four ODIs scheduled from 30 April to 7 May. The revised schedule will help Pakistan in preparing their team for the upcoming ACC Asia Cup and ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023, while also assisting the PCB in rebuilding their team for the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, to be held in the USA and West Indies.
